Additional Airline Fees
Please be aware that additional airline fees—particularly for checked baggage—are frequently not included in the price of the tour. These charges vary by airline and are determined at the discretion of the carrier for each segment of your flight itinerary. You may also incur optional fees for services such as in-flight meals, excess or overweight baggage, and other personal items.
Ticket Clause – Additional Fees
Additional airline-imposed fees, which are not included in the tour price, may apply and vary by carrier. Most airlines charge checked baggage fees at the time of check-in for each leg of the journey. Depending on the airline’s policies, you may be responsible for:
Standard checked baggage fees
Overweight baggage fees
Excess baggage fees
Other miscellaneous airline-imposed charges
Baggage policies—including size, weight limits, and fees—differ between airlines. To minimize additional charges, we recommend adhering to the most restrictive baggage guidelines applicable to your reservation, particularly when your itinerary includes multiple carriers or connecting flights, such as supplemental domestic flights linked to your international (transatlantic) segment.
